5. I have seen Mr. Reid, Secretary of the Kowloon School Committee. He is anxious that the Master should have had a Scottish education, and begs that the Crown Agents may be requested to communicate with D. Calderwood, Esq., Principal of the Church of Scotland Training College, Edinburgh.
I think that his wishes might be met in this matter.
